Arizona Grout Restoration's Grout Color Process

Choose a color: There is a wide selection of grout colors to choose from. We'll help you choose one that will enhance the look of your room. Grout that is light in color will make your tiles blend in with your rooms, while darker hues will make a bold statement and make your tiles stand out. We provide grout colors that also act as a sealant so that cleaning them and maintaining their color will be simple.

Clean the tile and grout: We'll thoroughly clean your tile and grout and remove any residue and oils that would keep the new color from properly and uniformly adhering to the old grout. We'll have to wait until the grout is thoroughly dried before applying the new color.

Apply the grout stain: Next, we'll apply the new color to your existing grout. Once it is applied, it will be permanent. We will carefully remove any stain from your tiles. We will wait for the first coat to dry before adding additional coats if needed.

Seal the grout: Some grout products are a combination of grout and sealant. If the grout you choose does not have sealing properties, we'll also apply a layer of sealant to lock in the luster of your new color and make cleaning your grout a cinch!
